This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program.

What You'll Get To Do:
The Sentinel program has an exciting opportunity for a First Flight Test Review [FFTR] Major Program Event [MPE] Lead on the Sentinel Systems Test Team. FFTR is the Sentinel program's major program event (MPE) to address the First Flight and all lower-level verification, qualification and manufacturing readiness activities sufficient to support this MPE. This includes establishing a campaign strategy and execution plan.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Event leader for the FFTR.
* Develops campaign strategy, associated roadmaps, and execution plans.
* This includes establishing and conducts lower level Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) to ensure a manageable risk posture for a successful FFTR MPE.
* Briefing executive program and customer leadership.
* Publishes plans, procedures, checklists and metrics in support of the MPE.
* Monitors and reports technical, cost, and schedule progress to program leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
* Develops and manages handling plans for risks and opportunities associated with FFTR MPE.
* Ensures content is captured, presented, and delivered on time to support the campaign events.
* Responsible for compiling and delivering the FFTR data package.
* Includes understanding the technical products that are input to the data package.
* Provide down-and-in event support to other product segment teams across the program. This includes but is not limited to:
* Creating strong partnerships with other product segment MPE leadership teams
* Support data reviews.
* Interpretation and implementation advisement for program plans, procedures, and checklists.
* Participate in and provide lower-level execution event surge support as needed.
* Establish and facilitate regular FFTR review / working group sessions regarding readiness metrics related to technical maturity and schedule.
* Establish strong customer relationships and alignment regarding FFTR.
* Provide leadership of event execution and closure of all action items.
* Responsible for auditing the completion of all entry and exit criteria for FFTR.
* Understand the scope and impacts of IMS givers and receivers that support a successful FFTR.
* Manage and reforecast the FFTR MPE schedule based on coordination with all impacted stakeholders.
* Lead FFTR planning during detailed rolling wave planning activities.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree in a STEM related field of study; 6 years with a Masters
* US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
* A minimum 3 years of experience in a formal management position.
* Experience in working with subcontractors and customers at all levels.
* Experience in program reporting.
* EVM certified with experience on reporting and VARs.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
* ICBM experience.
* Communication and leadership skills and experience leading small teams in a dynamic work environment.
* Ability to create trusted relationships with stakeholders.
* Large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production.
* Experience with technical reviews for large scale and complex system development.
* Experience with implementing and using model-based systems engineering tools, practices, and methods.

Salary Range: $146,800 - $220,200
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
