LMDS has an opening for a Senior Principal Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in
Chandler, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales/Revenue Forecast Responsibility
* EAC/Budget Responsibility
* Higher complexity Bill of Material Management
* Lower complexity IPT Leadership
* May include some proposal pricing support
* Leads Process Improvement Projects with cross-functional teams to meet closed area requirements including facilities, security, and hardware/ software needs
* Create, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and other documentation as required by the organization
* Track and manage new initiatives driving site efficiencies or compliance in the areas of classified operations
* Develops and drives solutions to complex problems consistent with organization objectives
* Serves as consultant to management and customers on policies, plans, and objectives
* Manage program relationships to ensure all security requirements are met and in compliance.
* Assist with resolving computer and network issues
* Monitors IT tickets and raises issues that require management involvement
Basic Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related professional/military experience including a background in project management; Master's degree 6 years of related professional/military experience including a background in project management
* Experience in Materials, Operations, and/or Project Management
* Experience in sourcing hardware
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in implementing new initiative and/or tools
* Proven experience in processing improvement projects
* Strong experience in successfully addressing technical project requirements
* Experience in leadership roles within the Aerospace and Defense industry, or within the military
* Experience leading IT projects
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
* Experience maintaining facilities for classified work
* Experience in Sharepoint website development
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position's standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.
Salary Range: *$98,100 - $147,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
