Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a
Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to work in our Dulles, VA, location. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable security regulations and supporting various Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. As an ISA 4, you would be responsible for leading a portfolio of programs and supporting the Program Manager as the Senior Security Analyst for the Program.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers, including government agencies, contractors, employees, and managers.
* Assist program managers and staff in interpreting, applying, and complying with program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Security Classification Guides (SCG), and Program Protection.
* Ensure compliance with and support classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with (IAW) the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4), Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Manuals (DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), IC Technical Specification (IC Tech Spec) for ICD/ICS 705, 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, and other applicable security regulations and requirements.
* Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities IAW DD Form 254.
* Draft, Review, Submit, and Implement several security-related documents, including internal procedures, CONOPS, Transportation, OPSEC, and Program Protection Plans.
* Work closely with cybersecurity partners to review and submit SSPs and RMF Checklists and implement a robust cyber security posture for the Program.
* Assist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and Destruction or as a Data Transfer Agent.
* Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support to verify personnel security clearances and accesses, review and process required documentation in support of nomination processes, prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings, maintain PERSEC databases per customer tracking requirements, and report adverse information as needed.
* Develop, coordinate, and submit physical security documents for approval and obtain/maintain facility accreditations.
* Manage and maintain UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS).
* Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of classified security education, awareness, and training activities.
* Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while guiding employees, supervisors, and managers on actions(s) to ensure compliance with the classified security program.
* Perform the duties of a Top-Secret Control Officer (TSCO), implement the destruction of classified material, and manage Visitor Control.
* Implement policies and procedures for responding to security incidents and investigating and reporting security violations.
* Manage Government-furnished equipment and materials.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and eight years related security experience, or Master's degree with six years related experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional four years of related experience may be considered.
* Candidate must be a US Citizen and have a U.S. Government
Top Secret clearance with current Background Investigation.
* Ability to obtain and maintain SAP and SCI access.
* Organized and efficient at time management.
* Computer and desktop Microsoft Office software products experience (Word, Excel etc.).
* Must be detail-oriented, have meticulous record-keeping, and be responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications:

Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
* SAP and/or SCI access.
* Self-starter with minimal supervision.
* DCID 6/4 or ICD 704 eligibility in DISS.
* Personnel and Program Security Experience.
* Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals.
* Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas.
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent communication, speaking, writing, and organizational skills to enable effective communication.
* Experience with SIMS, DISS, and JADE.
Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
