This is a full-time, on-site position.

Job Description:

Oversee, lead/manage, and analyze activities associated with property management standards and practices to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractor sites are managed and controlled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence with an approved Property Business System
* Establish and maintain complete life cycle property accountability records and ensure property systems remain compliant across all phases of the life-cycle
* Maintain proper documentation to support each lifecycle transactional event, determine condition and lead proper disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment.
* Host and lead internal and external Property Business System audits and analyze results for financial and operational purposes
* Provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management
* Develop, recommend, and implement property management policy
* Prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience; may consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
* Prior experience managing U.S. government property on behalf of U.S. Government or Federal Government Contractor
* Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
* Inventory management experience
* A current/active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with government property & records audits
* CPPS Certified (Certified Professional Property Specialist)
* Proficient in SAP, s3, & PIEE databases
* Familiarity with DFARS 252.245-7005 (management and reporting of government property)
* Familiarity with FAR 52.245-1 (government property)
* Experience with prior DoD field work
* Ability to multi-task in a challenging environment
* Possess analytical ability, researching skills, and capacity for planning ahead
* Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 1 Certification in Property/Contracts Mgmt.
Salary Range: $67,100 - $100,700
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
