Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.As a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst- you will set up cost control systems, monitors and controls costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks. Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government. Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Responsibilities include
Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation and analysis
Treasury/cash flow forecasting
Prepare intercompany work order (IWO) request form, establish and revise IWO as needed
Project cost structure set-up and management; adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls; and special projects as assigned
Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules
Prepare budgets and schedule for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings
Tracking repair assets from induction, to repair/overhaul/scrap, to DD 250 submission, to billing, and cash collections
Basic Qualifications
Must have at least 3 years of financial analysis experience with High School Diploma
MS-Office (Excel Knowledge a must)
Strong communications skills, self-starter
Laser-focused attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting discipline
Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask are significant advantages
SAP / S4 experience
MS-Office (Advanced Excel Knowledge).

Salary Range: $60,500.00 - $90,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
