Principal Software Engineer Scrum Master. This position will be located at our Bellevue, NE location. As a Software Engineering Scrum Master, you will be removing obstacles and empowering/improving your scrum team through designing, developing, documenting, testing and debugging software applications and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions.

Selected candidates will work closely with and on development teams to accomplish the following:

Solve complex problems through innovative and creative solutions
* Collaborate with designers and/or engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software systems
* Complete work independently and as a part of an agile team to meet development schedules
* Regularly demonstrate progress to customers
* Coach software development teams in self-management, cross-functionality, and agile best practices
Basic Qualifications:

One of the following:
High school diploma/GED and a minimum of 8 years of applicable agile scrum and/or Software Engineering experience.
* Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of applicable agile scrum and/or Software Engineering experience.

* Experience with agile tools and methodologies
* Software development experience
* Ability to obtain, and maintain, a Top- Secret Clearance (Must be a U.S. citizen)
Preferred Qualifications:

Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) or Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM™) certification
* Current Top-Secret clearance
* Full Stack Web Development or Object-Oriented programming experience.
* Build automation (Maven, Gradle)
* DevOps and CI/CD methodologies (Jenkins, Ansible)
* Static analysis tools (SonarQube)
* Configuration Management (Git)
* IDEs (Eclipse, Visual Studio)
* Experience with automated unit and/or endpoint testing
* Ability to present completed work to customers
* Experience with the Atlassian tool suite
Salary Range: *$95,300 - $142,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
