This position is Part Time / On Call.
In this role, you are responsible for piloting a King Air B200 to support programs out of Middle River, MD.
Your Duties include:

Determines flight routes, speed, and take off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements.

* Use your knowledge of federal and local flight regulations.

* Take full control of aircraft while in flight.

* Pilot or co-pilot a sophisticated single or multi-engine fixed or rotary wing aircraft.

* Inspects vehicle for safety, fuel, oil and water before departure. Ensures proper aircraft maintenance and operational readiness.

* Maintains accurate records and logs.

* Ensures compliance with pilot warrantee requirements as specified by current provisions of aircraft insurance policies and licensure requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree or Technical diploma and a minimum of 11 yrs of experience, or a High School diploma and a minimum of 13 yrs of relevant experience may also be considered.

* Ability to stay current with federal and local flight regulations.

* Be capable of taking full control of aircraft while in flight.

* Possess FAA pilot certificate with necessary type ratings.

* Maintain the ability to Pilot or co-pilot a sophisticated single or multi-engine fixed or rotary wing aircraft.

Preferred Qualifications:

A thorough understanding of the DOD Acquisition process.

* Experience on this particular Mission and Programs.

Salary Range: $1 - $1
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
