Serves as critical leader/member of the Sector Security Operations team, focused on driving standardization, integration, and efficiencies Sector Wide. Areas of focus include compliance with Industrial Security requirements, data management strategy, tools and systems development, Security Education, junior workforce (i.e. Interns) recruitment and development, and security community engagement.

Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment for the organization. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations at various locations and across various programs throughout the United States. Collaborates with site security, customers and government agencies to obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials for various facilities and programs across the organization. Conducts security education classes, security professional training and resources along with conducting government and company security compliance audits. Investigates security violations assisting site security with government reporting requirements and preparing reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Ability to manage a remote team
* Subject Matter Expert relative 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and associated gov't regulations and DCSA process for DoD
* Conduct compliance assessments for sites and programs relative to gov't and company regulations, policies, procedures and operations
* Create security policies, procedures, operation manuals and quick reference guides to assist the security professionals across the organization with establishing, maintaining and identifying and administering corrective actions.
* Collaborate and identify creative solutions for complex problems and innovative solutions to minimize manual labor tasks
* Cross company collaboration relative to a multiple facility organization to drive consistent operations regardless of locations
Basic Qualifications:

Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret.
* Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of Industrial Security experience or Master's Degree and 6+ years of Industrial Security experience or High School Diploma and 12+ years of experience managing Industrial Security teams and systems.
* Minimum of 5 years of management, supervisor, or other demonstrated leadership experience.
* Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within critical deadlines.
* Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to travel CONUS up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications:

Active Top Secret
* Experience including identification, analysis and resolution on physical security related matters
* Project management experience
* Experience managing DISS, SIMs and NISS
* Strong experience with Industrial security requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals.
* Strong working knowledge of office automation and proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365, including, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
* CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification
* Ability to handle competing demands and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Salary Range: $140,500 - $210,700
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
