Product Support Manager 2 located on Tinker AFB, OK you will oversee and manage more than one integrated support element. This includes Shipping and Receiving, Property Management, Procurement, Resource Management, Inventory Control, Item Calibration, Item Disposition and Classified Handling and transportation. You will manage status of projects and budgets, schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

* Considered expert in field within the organization

* Management experience with diverse teams

* Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform complex tasks.

* Able to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings

* Problem Solving Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation

* Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives

* Discretion/Latitude Most assignments are complex and performed independently without appreciable direction

* Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment

* Impact Effects of decisions are long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization

* Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources as well as problems with customer satisfaction.

* Acts as an advisor to senior management and customers

Basic Requirements:

Must either have an Associate Degree and 9 years' related years' experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' related experience or Master's degree and 5 years' related experience

* Candidate shall be knowledgeable of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Processes

* Candidate must work on-site in Tinker AFB, OK

* Must be a US Citizen and have a Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor Degree

* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships

* Proven experience of being able to mentor and coach team members to motivate growth, performance and career development

Salary Range: $102,600 - $154,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
