Information Technology Manager, Level 3 to support the Mission Systems Sector's Marine Systems Business Unit. This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA, and requires a full-time on-site presence. We are looking for an innovative leader capable of driving influence and leading a diverse team, including both direct and matrix reports from various IT and cybersecurity disciplines. Your primary objective will be to deliver timely, cost-effective and innovative IT solutions across all facets of the Marine Systems business.

In the role as the IT Manager, you will be the crucial link between the Office of the CIO and senior management of Marine Systems. You will ensure alignment between information services and business requirements, driving innovative solutions with the technical teams, that optimize strategies and support Marine Systems goals. Your leadership will be essential in areas such as strategy development, budget and cost management, proposal development, and the acquisition and delivery of products and services. Superior communication and thought leadership, coupled with resilience, are critical for nurturing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the cost effective and timely delivery of information services, considering cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality.
* Aligning CIO imperatives with business unit goals
* Responsively addressing day-to-day information services support needs
* Managing budget and costs Collaborating with information systems service lines and program management peers to effectively allocate resources and achieve key mission priorities
* Leading and nurturing a diverse team of direct reports, fostering a strong work ethic, empowering and mentoring team members to excel within a culture reflecting Northrop Grumman's values of integrity, quality, shared success, and innovation.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Information Technology, Information Security, and/or Information Assurance delivery and support. In lieu of a BS Degree, an additional 10 years of experience may be considered for this role.
* Must have the ability to provide strategic direction regarding our Enterprise Services products, processes, applications, and technology.
* Proven experience managing projects, budgets and schedules.
* Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level clearance.
* U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret clearance or a higher level of security clearance.
* Hands-on experience with developing proposals and project statements of work.
* Proficient collaboration skills, particularly within a matrix organizational structure.
* Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Incorporate your strategic influence and thought leadership skills to lead a diverse team, driving innovative IT solutions.
Salary Range: $164,300 - $246,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
