Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), Beavercreek Ohio, is seeking a Principal/ Sr. Principal Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Successful candidates will provide analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of Validated On-Line Lifecycle Threats (VOLTs) and provide additional written and verbal intelligence information, as needed, for USAF acquisition programs. Candidates should be specialists of high competence in DoD air, strategic, and computer programs/concepts; finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat; and the forecast of threat to DoD acquisition program/concepts. Familiarity with advanced search techniques based upon natural language processing techniques is also required.

Basic Qualifications for an Intelligence Analyst:
One of the following:
A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
* A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* A master's degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
* Experience with finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat.
* Experience providing all-source analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of reports.
* Experience with DoD air, strategic, and computer programs / concepts.
* Experience with the forecast of threats to DoD acquisition program / concepts.
* Experience with establishing and responding to Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIP).
* Familiarity with advanced search techniques based upon Natural Language Processing techniques.
* Have strong technical writing and briefing skills
* Experience leading Threat Working Groups.
* Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience working with classification handling and marking protocols.
* Must have an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

* A PhD with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience
* Experience with finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat.
* Experience providing all-source analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of reports.
* Experience with DoD air, strategic, and computer programs / concepts.
* Experience with the forecast of threats to DoD acquisition program / concepts.

* Familiarity with advanced search techniques based upon Natural Language Processing techniques.
* Have strong technical writing and briefing skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience creating / publishing / reviewing (PIA) DoD Intelligence reports.
* Experience with Specialized Intelligence Production.
* Demonstrated experience with intelligence production at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) and/or the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC).
* Experience participating in Threat Working Groups with the acquisition community.
* Experience in Cyberspace Operations Analysis, Space and Counterspace Intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, and Signals Analysis Intelligence
* Demonstrated experience producing Validated On-Line Lifecycle Threat (VOLT) reports
Salary Range: $73,900 - $110,900
Salary Range 2: $91,200 - $136,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
