The selected individual will report to the Sr. Facilities Manager and will utilize Outlook, Maintenance Connection and Archibus to support the Defense Division Facilities team.

This role will require a regular on-site presence at the Northrop Grumman site in Strawberry Point MD
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Timely and accurate approval of Supplier Invoices and assisting with responses to external and internal customer inquiries.
Create Statements of work, solicit vendor bids and submit purchase requests related to the facility.
Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with company policies.
Assist in the development of capital budgets for the site for facility improvements and cost reduction initiative.
Excellent customer service.
Ability to research and resolve customer questions without supervision.
The ability to multitask and work independently to meet service delivery agreements.
Support the Strawberry Point site by assisting with research and other internal customer inquiries.
Provide financial analysis of site expenses and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide analytical support by providing reports and analysis to management.
Primary contact for facilities and equipment and machinery maintenance.
Maintains preventative maintenance records.
Coordinate facility constructions or modifications.
Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to ensure compliance with sound building practices.
Complete special projects as assigned across a geographically disbursed team.

Basic Qualifications:

Must have 6 years of experience in Facilities Management or construction in lieu of degree. Will consider Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or Construction; or Masters degree with facilities management or construction experience.
Ability to use excel and knowledge of other Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to conduct Problem Solving/Analysis
Experience in facilities and property administration, office planning and real estate coordination.
Ability to manage time and multiple tasks as appropriate throughout the day.
Must be able to obtain a DOD secret level clearance.
Ability to work on site in Strawberry Point MD.
Assist in compiling weekly and monthly status reports.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with purchasing requisitions
Working knowledge of Archibus employee tracking database.
Working knowledge of Workday
Excellent Customer service skills including critical thinking.
Strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
