This position will be on site located in our Bellevue, Nebraska office.

As a key member of the Northrop Grumman MPDS team, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team, and other team members as needed. Reporting directly to the Operational Unit Director, the Executive Administrative Assistant serves a critical role in coordinating and managing the executive schedule and outreach, meeting arrangements, documentation, and projects.
The ideal candidate is experienced, pro-active, and highly detail oriented, with strong communications skills and a knack for relationship building at all levels.
This position requires the Executive Assistant to perform advanced administrative duties with exposure to sensitive information necessitating tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Strong integrity is essential, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a high energy, collaborative, diverse, professional environment.
Job responsibilities include:
Coordinate and manage the Leadership Team's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, prioritizing functions and appointments; ensure that meetings, deadlines, presentations and logistics are handled seamlessly; ability to re-work and de-conflict calendar schedule and identify knowledgeable individuals to attend meetings on behalf of the supported leaders.
* Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality.
* Support meeting agendas for the Leadership Team and arrange necessary travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports.
* Screen incoming requests for the Leadership Team; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring to the appropriate staff.
* Research, collect and analyze information as needed.
* Assist in preparing and managing presentations.
* Work closely with other executives to coordinate and submit weekly reports.
* May attend meetings with the Leadership Team, as requested.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma and a minimum of six years of experience in the administrative professional field or Associate's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in the administrative professional field or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in the administrative professional field.
* Understand the sensitive nature of working in the executive office and have good judgement, problem solving skills and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently, foresee future needs and be proactive.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
* Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with a great level of flexibility.
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative projects and initiatives; experience in supporting a variety of executive levels, management level and administrative support within an organization.
* Computer skills required include advanced expertise in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and intranet/internet proficiency.
* Experience with Concur (or similar) travel and expense reporting system.
* Experience proofreading and correcting documents for grammatical errors.
Preferred Qualifications
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and proven success in organizing, prioritizing, and completing assigned responsibilities.
* Ability to interface with executive level internal and external contacts with considerable autonomy
* Prior experience coordinating both on and off-site meetings and/or events.
Salary Range: *$55,100 - $91,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
