Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is seeking an Enterprise-Wide Applications Manager, Level 2, to lead our business systems team in implementing, executing and supporting CostPoint and our applications stack. Familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.

The right candidate should be able to display a history not just sustaining business systems at an enterprise, but will have a history of establishing, measuring and growing system accuracy and adoption to drive business performance. The candidate should have the mindset of a businessperson first, and of a business systems leader second.
The manager will be responsible for setting priorities within the Business Systems team and across other functional support areas, so clear and frequent communication is key.
This position, located in Magna, Utah, requires a well-rounded confident and resourceful individual. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, be results oriented and be capable of supervising and managing multiple variety of assignments. This position will require presenting and interfacing across all levels of the organization, from vice-presidents to technicians.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
Ensure Costpoint is developed and final deliveries meet all organizational requirements
* Ensure that CostPoint is used to its fullest potential to drive program performance
* Publishing metrics, making problems visual, and action to rectify easy to understand around
MBOM structures
* Item masters
* Forecasts and demand
Establish Executive, Middle Management, and front line associate training
* Develop SME team outside of immediate reporting structure
* Day to day supervision, planning and execution
* Resource planning and talent allocation
* Prioritize and de-conflict schedules and resources
* Maintain a talent and a critical skills sustainability plan
* Drive process rigor, and ensures compliance to meet company, program and security requirements
* Collaborate with programs to satisfy staffing needs and provide operations support
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business discipline from an accredited college or university
* 8 years of experience in a related field with Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of experience with Master's Degree.
* Proven experience interfacing with all levels of employees and management
* Must be willing and able to travel to all PS locations regularly
* Must be willing and able to work outside of normal business hours (including weekends) if necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), IBM Cognos Analytics (BI), SAP S/4 HANA, SharePoint
* Prior involvement with integrating technology and business process
* Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
* Understanding of hardware and software requirements, design, development and testing of system integrations

Salary Range: *$122,800 - $184,200
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
