This role supports the Cyber and Processing Engineering Business Unit located in Cincinnati, OH.

Essential Duties:

Arrange, maintain, and modify the Director's schedule and associated organizational activities

Coordinate business meetings, for staff as well as for Customers and VIPs

Efficiently support the Organizational Unit (OU), managers and employees within the organization

Creating, updating, delivering presentations and documents supporting the organization initiatives and meetings

Generating reports and charts from various data sources

Receive visitors including customers and other contractors

Make decisions in alignment with Director's leadership, while coordinating with other leaders and administrative assistants within the business area

Coordinate/assist with order and delivery of business meals to various program locations

Monitor, maintain, and order supplies to support the business area

Prepare and adjust travel arrangements and complete expense reports in Concur system

Provide some administrative support for E&S and program teams across the sector

Interact daily with organization leadership team to plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and activities in alignment with objectives.

Use automated systems to track office seating.

Maintain organization-wide email distribution lists and send organization-wide emails from the Director.

Administer and track training (LX role tracking and role certification).

Maintain assigned Organizational Charts

Maintain office supply stock to support assigned rooms.

Support maintenance requests for assigned office locations.

Manage and administer SharePoint file repositories.

Manage mail distribution within assigned mailstops.

Oversee conference room administration.

Support functional partners on special assignments.

Guide employees in Company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in an administrative support position

High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Demonstrated experience looking for opportunities to update administrative systems and processes to make them more efficient

US Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance (NG will sponsor)

Preferred Qualifications for either level:

Bachelor's or Associate's degree

Experience with Confluence and/or Jira.

Willingness and ability to adapt by learning and utilizing new tools (e.g. software packages) and processes as the organization evolves.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including informal communications.

Exemplary interpersonal skills and consummate professionalism

Propensity to proactively manage and prioritize multiple activities, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Dependability, accuracy, efficiency, punctuality, and the exercise of good judgment always.

Enjoys working with people; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; maintains a positive, professional demeanor.

Self-starter, capable of working for extended periods alone or with little direction.

Detail-oriented, highly organized, collaboration focused, and quality attentive.

Demonstrated success in organizing, prioritizing, and completing assigned responsibilities

Experience working with employees at remote sites.

Ability to interface with executive level internal and external contacts with autonomy

Creativity and ability to develop content-rich documents and presentations.

Prior experience coordinating both on and off-site meetings and/or events

Knowledge and practical experience with learning management system (prefer LX), travel system (prefer Concur) and SharePoint.

* Familiarity with Northrop Grumman's specific systems (SAP, Concur, Facilities requests, IBUY, etc.)

Northrop Grumman has 401k matching and personal growth opportunities. In addition, we offer a flexible work arrangement and the option of a 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work nine-hour days Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Salary Range: $49,400.00 - $82,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
