Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life-support for its fleet of ten C-27J Spartan Airlifter aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force's existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies in Australia.
Your Role:
Drive the C-27J Enterprise to achieve "Best for Defence" outcomes as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
* Represent Northrop Grumman Australia within the C-27J Enterprise, which includes the Commonwealth of Australia (84WG, 35SQN, and ALSPO), and Standard Aero.
* Facilitate Enterprise working groups up to One-Star level, manage risk registers, and resolve Enterprise-level issues to drive joint outcomes.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Commonwealth, Industry, and internal stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategies aligned with the goals of the Commonwealth and Northrop Grumman Australia.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Enterprise collaboration, performance, and outcomes.
About You:
Extensive experience in Defence, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with the Commonwealth to achieve strategic objectives.
* Deep understanding of Defence processes, policies, and stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
* Strong track record of success in navigating complex frameworks and delivering impactful outcomes within Defence.
* Skilled in building and managing strategic relationships with Commonwealth and Defence Industry stakeholders.
* Holds qualifications in leadership and management, along with the capability to maintain a Defence security clearance.
* Committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and achieving "Best for Defence" outcomes through strategic leadership.
