Northrop Grumman Australia partners with the Royal Australian Air Force to provide through-life support for its fleet of C-27J Spartan Airlifter aircraft. The C-27J complements the Australian Defence Force's existing Air Mobility fleet and provides airlift of people, equipment and supplies to support Humanitarian Disaster Relief and crisis response in Australia and nearby regions.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager / Personal Assistant to provide high-level executive support to the C-27J Program Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations across multiple sites, managing key administrative functions, and leading a high-performing business support team.
Your Role
Provide executive-level support, including managing calendars, emails, and expense claims for the Program Manager and SLT.
Coordinate travel arrangements and Program-level meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Oversee the coordination of C-27J All Hands briefings and site events.
Manage administrative processes, including onboarding, document control, and site operations.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving efficiency and excellence in business support.
About You
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting senior leadership.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and managing high-performing teams.
