Project Manager to support Trusted Foundry activities for our Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Northrop Grumman's ATL semiconductor foundry is a unique capability supporting a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, Silicon Carbide, Carbon Nanotubes) and providing leading edge technology development in superconducting electronics. Our devices enable a number of Northrop Grumman's ground-based radars, avionic radars, and space systems. Responsibilities:

The candidate will be the Trusted Foundry Custodian (TFC) Project Lead in the Material Control Specialist (MCS) group at ATL.
* Implement Trusted Foundry procedures and processes to sustain operational efficiency.
* Oversee/administer TFC training for new and existing TFC personnel on Trusted Foundry processes, procedures, and communication methods.
* Perform ongoing training for TFCs, Engineers and Technicians.
* Work with lead custodian to develop new training, corrective actions, and certifications.
* Reviews status of projects and manages schedules and prepares status reports.

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field and 1 year of relevant work experience or 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
* Knowledge in leadership and project management
* Demonstrated ability in working with cross organizational teams and customers.
* Comfortable working in both office and cleanroom environments
* Be a dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently.
* Experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
* US Citizenship required
Basic Qualifications for a Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field and 2 years of relevant work experience or 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
* Knowledge in leadership and project management
* Demonstrated ability in working with cross organizational teams and customers.
* Comfortable working in both office and cleanroom environments
* Be a dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently.
* Experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
* US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
* Semiconductor fabrication experience
* Active TS/SCI clearance
* Previous experience with the DoD Trusted Foundry program

Salary Range: $58,400 - $87,600
Salary Range 2: *$70,600 - $105,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
