Associate Property Asset Management Analyst or Property Asset Management Analyst.

This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Beavercreek, OH.
In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:

Record Maintenance of property owned by government, company, and associate contractors in accordance with company procedure and government regulations.

* Maintains records of assets received, transferred, allocated, held and disposition as required and completes the appropriate reports per procedural process

* Verifies asset markings and/or applies identification tags to assets.

* Conducts periodic physical inventories and prepares reports of asset status and updates associated records with results

* Supports shipping and internal movement activities of assets and maintains asset management system records.

* Supports contract closeout and disposition activities.

* Interacts and maintains good working relationship with internal/external customers and Asset Management team to resolve compliance issues and find resolutions.

* Assists with internal and external asset and material audits, adhering to and enforcing all regulations, policies, and safety procedures

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Property Asset Management Analyst:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

* Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or related degree

* Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution, or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of related experience

* Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or related degree

* Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher

* Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Pay Range:

Associate Property Asset Management Analyst: $50,600 - $75,800

* Property Asset Management Analyst: $61,000 - $91,600
