Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Logistics Management Analyst to join the Aeronautics Systems sector Aircraft Solutions organization. This position will be located at the Air Depot Campus in Oklahoma City, OK.

The qualified candidate will join our growing team in the Restricted Programs Sustainment and Operations (RPSO) Operating Unit.
Your work will involve supporting a number of restricted programs, efforts, and tasks to include:

Shipping and receiving material and software to support program logistics
* Working with shipping companies (FedEx and Ryder) to track shipments (lost, damaged) to resolution
* Drafting and submitting Material Requests (MRs) and Purchase Requests (PRs) in the Maximo procurement system
* Reading/interrupting Bill of Materials (BOMs) in a timely manner to develop and process Request for Proposal responses to a wide range of customers.
Additional responsibilities to include:

Prepare, update, and submit daily spreadsheets for shipping and receiving at shipping dock
* Download/screen incoming shipping reports, scan/upload packing slips, post and file Direct/E-Delivery Goods Receipt (GRs)
* Process shipments and receive/unload/lift freight deliveries of up to 50 pounds (three deliveries a day)
* Add shipping details to Engineering Technical Order report
* Notify Expeditor team of any shipment delays and inbound tracking info for Procurement Orders (POs) that do not have existing tracking info available in PO dock date remarks. Investigate shipment delays as directed.
* Screen Receipt Interface Report for any discrepancies
* Track invoices, update on hold reports, work back log of packing slips
* Create, update, report on, and close out monthly activity summaries
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Preferred Qualifications:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
* Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
* Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
* Experience with reading and understanding technical data (e.g., Technical Orders, Engineering Drawings, Parts Lists, Bills of Material, Engineering Specifications, etc.)
* A working understanding of government aircraft maintenance and supply processes/systems

Pay Range:

Associate Logistics Management Analyst (A01): $45,500 - $68,300
