Logistics Management Analyst / Logistics Management Analyst. * This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Palmdale, CA.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Global Supply Chain Business Unit.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Logistics Management Analyst(A01) or Logistics Management Analyst (A02).
Basic Qualifications for an Associate Logistics Management Analyst (A01):
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field degree.
* Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Basic Qualifications for a Logistics Management Analyst (A02):
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of direct experience.
* Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field degree.
* Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Preferred Qualifications for both an Assoc. Logistics Management Analyst / Logistics Management Analyst:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
* Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Pay Range
Associate Logistics Management Analyst: $54,200.00 - $81,200.00
* Logistics Management Analyst: $65,600.00 - $98,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
