WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will sit on the México Logistics Leadership team & report to the México Logistics Director.

You will be leading a group of high-performing professionals who manage the Nike de México end2end omnichannel facility operation, from inbound to outbound, inventory control, reverse logistics, being the SPOC of our 3PL operations team on site.

You will closely collaborate on local, LATAM & Geo levels with Logistics areas such as Inbound, Transportation, Logistics Finance & Admin, Supply Chain teams like Integrated Fulfilment Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain and areas like Technology, Finance, Controlling, DSM - Inventory Operations, to mention some.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a professional with solid demonstrated experience in end2end supply chain, warehousing management and collaboration with 3PL's, with proven strategic thinking, budgeting & forecasting management, efficiency programs build & deployment, continuous improvement mindset, strong deliver results driven, high process orientation, able to cross-functionally align and communicate, highly leadership focused, decision making based on data & business oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree in international trade, business, administration, logistics, industrial engineering or similar.
  • 8 to 10 years' experience in supply chain or logistics with primary focus in warehousing or production environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication & storytelling skills.
  • Understands logic of WMS functions and direct relation with SAP ERP. Manhattan WMS it's a bonus
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, Toyota Production System principles & project management it's a bonus.
  • English: 90% (Able to establish business conversation, manage topics & execute deliverables)
  • This role will be located in Tultitlán, Edo de Mex.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be responsible of leading the warehousing Nike & 3PL teams who manage end2end processes (Inbound, storage, pick-pack, shipping, inventory control & reverse logistics) of the Nike de México omnichannel distribution center, delivering the business at the right cost and best quality to our consumers.

  • Enabling the Logistics strategy setting key deliverables & building short-mid-long-term roadmaps that connect with long-range strategic plans as part of Supply Chain journey, actively involving 3PL teams.
  • Drive the capacity creation and execution of operational plans from 3PL to receive inventory, pick-pack-ship orders, perform reverse logistics & ensure inventory related processes in timely manner based on business requirements, always inside the established KPI's, Nike Inc. compliance guidelines, service level agreements, reaching premium quality at committed CPU.
  • Lead, align & challenge financial budgets and forecasts, including the execution of requested and approved investments in timely manner by 3PL.
  • Explore and lead the implementation of standard tools, functionalities, strategic enhancements and processes that improve cost, service or convenience into Nike ecosystems, collaborating with local, geo and global cross functional from Nike & 3PL.
  • Connect with Nike México, LATAM or Geo business teams to understand risks & opportunities that might require any operational shifts to ensure delivering/improving committed service & costs.
  • SPOC between the operation and Nike México business teams to plug the business long-term growth projections, requirements and shifts into operational readiness that ensures capacity, flexibility, service & cost.
  • Lead, foster, support the growth & development of Logistics team talent as part of Integrated People Planning initiatives.
