WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're looking for an experienced Tririga engineer capable of supporting and evolving Tririga at an enterprise level. This person will work with the Tririga Technical Lead and our internal clients on Tririga upgrades, improvements, enhancements and support tickets. This role helps make it possible for Nike teams such as Finance or Global Places and Services (GPS) to use Tririga efficiently globally.

The candidate has Tririga and SQL experience. The ideal candidate excels at communication with both business and technical resources. The candidate will facilitate collaboration with both internal users and external vendors. Great record keeping and documentation skills are a must. We're looking for someone who can help with a support ticket, then switch to a conversation on the future of Tririga at Nike.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

  • You'll act as an engineer for IBM TRIRIGA as part of Nike Tech's Digital Employee Experience team, managing and coordinating all requests for of support, development, working with managed service providers, contractors, integration teams, data teams, BI teams, Finance, 3rd Party consultant teams, and others seeking to integrate with this application.
    Work will take place on several work tracks, including Project Continuity, Quality Assurance, Global Rent Pay, Integration, Accounting, and Reporting.
    You will keep the application SOX compliant. You will work on production support of the SOX Compliant IBM TRIRIGA Lease Admin/Lease Accounting/Portfolio modules including updates to data and promotions of Object Migration Packages from non-production environments to Production, development of patches and configurations.
    You'll provide user access support, ad hoc out of box report writing as well as BIRT Report creation and support. You'll maintain comprehensive documentation as a reference with step-by-step instructions on how to fix application, integration, and user access issues.
    You'll support all new project enhancement work through collaboration with Tech Leads and Business SMEs to gather requirements, create functional specifications and testing materials.
    You'll use Oracle and DB2 SQL for back end TRIRIGA and BIRT Reporting.
    You'll keep comprehensive documentation and create knowledge transfer manuals for users and technical staff.
    You'll manage testing cycles, facilitate daily stand ups and defect reviews, provide daily reporting, and participate in the management and maintenance of defects.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

You'll be working with our partners in Finance, Global Places and Services (GPS), Digital Employee Experience and the wider Nike Tech team.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a software engineer.
    Experience with Tririga as an enterprise tool used in a large company, particularly with the Lease Management module.
    SQL experience
    Experience working in a highly complex, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
    Experience working with Finance and Workplace departments.
    The ideal candidate excels at communication with both business and technical resources. The candidate will facilitate collaboration with both internal users and external vendors.
    Documentation skills (Confluence).
    Experience in SOX compliance processes.
    Experience working in an agile framework and managing sprint work through Jira.
