WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As a Technical Recruiter within Nike's Global Talent Acquisition organization, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography. This role will report to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, based in India.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Technical Recruiter who brings a successful track record of identifying, engaging and closing passive top talent, takes action and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. You are strategic, consultative and driven and you take initiative to find ways of improving the quality of your work. Nike is constantly evolving, so we are in need of someone who is a curious learner and comfortable adapting quickly to change.

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle corporate talent acquisition, ideally within a global or multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic hiring processes with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency.
  • Extensive experience in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates through diverse channels and networks.
  • Strong track record of influencing hiring decisions with data-driven insights and exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in recruitment best practices, including advanced interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships, providing clarity in ambiguous situations, defining hiring requirements, and offering guidance while knowing when to challenge and push back.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deeply understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. You'll partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition peers, Sourcing Specialists, Talent Attraction experts, and Diversity & Inclusion champions, to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. Additionally, you'll engage with external networks and candidate communities to build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, all while contributing to a collaborative and innovative recruitment environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment while focusing on employer branding, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers by facilitating a seamless and thoughtful recruitment process.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on talent market trends and strategic recommendations for key hires.
  • Leveraging talent insights and data to proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Utilizing creative networking strategies and market knowledge to identify, engage, and foster relationships with highly qualified candidates.
  • Staying up to date on the latest talent acquisition practices to continually enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
