WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive the delivery of technology solutions for Nike's European Distribution Center in Laakdal, Belgium. You will work with cross-functional teams across Nike Technology, Logistics, Operations, Facility Management, Maintenance & Engineering, and Cyber Security to implement foundational technology capabilities that enhance warehouse operations.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management, EMEA, you will engage with both business and technology teams, working across multiple areas of technology infrastructure and support. You will also act as the EMEA Logistics Center representative within the EMEA Technology Operations organization, building relationships with distribution operations teams, key vendors, and global technology partners.

This role requires strong program management expertise and the ability to align diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring Nike's logistics athletes have the tools and technology needed to optimize distribution center operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in logistics and distribution center environments. You will have strong leadership skills, the ability to develop and communicate objectives, and a strategic mindset to ensure technology initiatives align with Nike's business goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Background in project and program management, with a focus on results-driven execution.
  • Ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders, balancing business and technical priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating in resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities, with experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of project/program management methodologies, such as PRINCE2.
  • Agile mindset, with experience in Agile delivery methodologies at both the squad level and scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools, such as Microsoft Project and Project Server.
  • Experience in Information Technology with experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment would be beneficial.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of technology solutions for Nike's European Distribution Center, ensuring seamless integration with business operations and logistics. Key responsibilities include:

Program Leadership & Delivery:

  • Drive, lead, and deliver foundational technology capabilities for the EMEA Distribution Center and EMEA Technology priorities.
  • Manage the project team, ensuring delivery of various technology components.
  • Align stakeholders across Distribution Center and Technology teams to manage expectations around scope and status.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Nike Technology and logistics teams, including Operations, Business, Facility Management, Maintenance & Engineering, and Cyber Security, to execute key logistics technology programs.
  • Work with the Business and Technical Product Management teams to align product readiness timelines.
  • Collaborate with EMEA logistics operations and leadership teams to define technology requirements for logistics athletes.

Compliance & Operational Continuity:

  • Partner with Technical Product Management to identify compliance risks and deliver mitigation actions to ensure continuous logistics operations.
  • Ensure Nike's warehouse operations remain fully functional 24/7 through effective technology implementation and support.
