WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As Supply Chain Specialist In-Season, you will drive operational excellence through executional In-season Order Management activities, specifically on Nike's replenishment business models. The central In-season OM Replenishment team looks after the alignment of immensely cross functional responsive business processes and specifically executes orderbook health management activities to ensure a healthy orderbook to drive efficiency around shipping and inventory for our central planning & delivery teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A proven work experience in a supply chain/logistics function with a passion for operations.
  • Operational experience on a fast paced supply replenishment business/project/initiative is a plus.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (i.e. demand supply management, sales, customer facing supply chain teams, data science, product managers) and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class service.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating confidence, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset in decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset, capable of handling large orderbooks, leveraging data visualizations, and providing meaningful insights to drive operational excellence; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or Databricks is a plus.
  • Proactive self-starter with an innovative mindset and a proven track record in leading and delivering process improvements.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex business processes (i.e. our wholesale & retail marketplace partners) while identifying and standardizing improvements to enhance efficiency and alignment to ideally one approach that covers all/majority bespoke requirements.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources to identify risks and opportunities impacting shipping targets (specifically At Once/Replenishment), effectively communicate findings, influence stakeholders, and drive follow-up actions.
  • Acts as a supply chain operations subject matter expert in cross-functional innovation and business model transformation projects, actively contributing to strategic discussions, representing operational perspectives, providing updates and proposing forward-thinking, scalable solutions to shape the future of replenishment.
  • Supports the achievement of goals independently while simultaneously contributing to team performance.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to shared responsibilities, supports collective workload management (including shared mailbox tasks), and actively engages in team-building initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Ensure a specific focus on Order Management, associated KPI's, elevating visibility and driving associated actions within your role.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in matrix management, influencing and prioritization of work in close collaboration with the Account Facing teams as well as Pre-Season, Planning & Delivery and Responsive teams to ensure an aligned approach towards operational execution.
  • Contribute to the smooth flow of inventory across EMEA to deliver strong Availability, Orderbook health, Working Capital, and logistic efficiency.
  • Support the transformation of the new MSC setup by championing the vision and approach with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to our tools, processes and end to end collaboration with your key x-functional partners.
  • Working closely with your colleagues to identify and facilitate continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency of how Nike supply chain operates within the marketplace through the lens of In Season Replenishment activities.
  • Utilize strong E2E operations, commercial and account facing experience to ensure effective KPI focus, business delivery to elevate service and ensure accurate In Season execution through x-functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to initiatives and results towards our operational KPI's (Service, Convenience, Sustainability and Profitability).
  • Flexibly move to provide your subject matter expertise in areas of critical business need across EMEA Supply Chain.
