You are an awesome teammate and analytics evangelist who is ambitious and unconventionally curious. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are always asking questions, continually learning and excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up.
You will be an analytics advocate who can not only describe the software products we build but also explain its value, how it works, how it is adopted and speak to upcoming changes. You will write and refine stories for clarity, business value and acceptance criteria, and assist with analysis to determine how features are performing and the level of customer happiness. You'll understand the Product Roadmap, call out and remove roadblocks, triage defects and provide clarity to customers on issues when appropriate.
You will work with your teammates to translate any internal "enablers" into valuable stories with mentorship from the Product Owner. You'll also assess and provide input to the Product Owner on impact to business partners' current processes and their current use of the Product. You'll also work directly with customers to capture details of feature requirements, understand use cases, test hypotheses, and share results.
