WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to Apparel Design Director, while working in collaboration with cross-disciplinary Product, Color and Graphics Design teammates in the EMEA Express Lane Apparel team.
Outside of the Design team, your primary partners will be Apparel Product Management, Material Development, Technical Design and Footwear Product Creation partners. You will be working on product across multiple sport dimensions to support seasonal product creation. This opportunity will require independent and highly detailed thinking.

You will be working on product of varying complexities across multiple dimensions to help support seasonal category apparel product creation. You will also be a connector between the EMEA Design team and the Global Production Artist Studio to stay up to date on new technical developments and Nike proprietary best-practices.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Sr. Production Artist to join the EMEA Express Lane Apparel Design team. This role amplifies production by delivering flawless execution on production-ready files and is a trusted resource within the team through creation of detailed and accurate schematics. This role demands a balance of accuracy, speed, and high-volume creation. The candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment keeping production moving forward.
The requirements for this role are:
- 3+ years progressively responsible experience in production art, Design, Apparel creation, or creative-adjacent industry
- Experience in different markets in EMEA and serving EMEA consumers.
- Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
- Experience in 3D apparel programs, such as CLO
- Understanding of Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro are a plus
- Knowledge of graphic applications for apparel
- Expert listening and communication skills
- Excellent attention to details with organizational thinking and deep curiosity for learning
- Strong ability to multitask with prioritization
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Proven ability to collaborate
- Passion for Sport, Art, Culture and the Nike Brand
- Development and layout that is supported by a portfolio of non-computer-based creative art and graphic design
- Uses advanced design skills to create original graphic and/or textile designs that appropriately reflect Nike brand design ethos
- Computer literate using Mac platforms with a high digital design acumen in design-based software (Creative Suite)
- Experience with 3D and AI Design tools is not required, but is a plus
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As the Sr. Production Artist, you will enable the Apparel Design team with technical design support across apparel product that spans sport and lifestyle silhouettes. You will help to visualize design intent of garment construction, trims and details, as well as representation of head to toe styling on-athlete to retail. As an integral part of the Express Lane team, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic product creation environment that is designed to connect and deliver to EMEA consumers at speed.
You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools to communicate design intent. A typical day could include cross-functional meetings and alignment, high-volume schematic creation, and building documentation for downstream partners. In addition to design file creation, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval. You will learn new tools and advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle. You will obsess the details that bring art to life.
