WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Sr. Financial Analyst, Global Finance is a valuable contributor on our dynamic Global Finance team, delivering financial insights and reports to the CFO and Converse Leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional and geo leaders worldwide to support the creation and execution of Converse strategies. You will be part of the Global Finance team, responsible for providing insightful, financially disciplined analysis to support the Converse transformation agenda.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in financial modeling, along with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum of three years of relevant finance experience including strategic planning, investment analysis, economic profit analysis, accounting and budgeting
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency and familiarity with tools like SAP, BI and Tableau
  • Experience in retail, manufacturing or at a Fortune 500 is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment with strong communication skills for complex and high-impact financial discussions
  • Process and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach, a passion for continuous learning and the ability to manage multiple priorities professionally

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, Global Finance, you will be responsible for delivering actionable financial insights to drive the Converse business forward. Your direct responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models and delivering financial analysis to support leadership decision-making.

A successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset to the role to drive the following:

  • Prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis to determine progress against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, and to support marketplace decisions
  • Perform analysis that aids in the decision-making process, monitor monthly progress against budgets/targets, and work with partners to ensure accountability
  • Actively interpret and review financial results with senior leaders, including trends, issues, and opportunities, to drive actionable responses
  • Ensure business leaders are educated on the use and interpretation of financial reports, metrics, and other key performance indicators
  • Lead financial thought partnership cross-functionally to support business decisions through financial modeling and scenario planning to optimize financial metrics
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of strategic initiatives and improving profitability, including analysis on new business opportunities, which may include scenario and investment analysis
