The Showroom Experience Specialist is part of the Partner Go To Consumer team, which supports EMEA to enable the future of one Nike Marketplace through innovation, digital enablement and process quality!

Together we drive the GTM future to better serve athletes, organized across 4 Sub-Functions operating as one coordinated team:

  • Content production
  • Code and Partner Experience
  • Nike.net & Analytics
  • City partner experience (Showroom Experience team).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone to join the City Partner Experience team, who'll drive the EMEA showroom strategy and the management of how the different stakeholders use those spaces, from improving process and operations, identify synergies across EMEA showrooms and translating showroom needs into executable plans, as part of our strategy to elevate the experience provided to our main partners, internal users and ultimately, to our consumers.

  • Marketplace knowledge: experience in working closely with sales, Account merch, Buyers (Partners) understanding of the marketplace, to serve with tailored experiences.
  • Transition management skills: great communication skills & able to create training- sessions / materials to introduce and promote new tools
  • Service minded: Ensure every event runs smoothly & houserules are maintained to keep sapces premium.
  • Technology Expertise: you are comfortable with Airtable and not afraid of learning deep on Airtable logic

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Lead the showroom strategy execution, by improving and creating efficiencies in the processes and operations, and leading the execution of the FOP experience in the showrooms. Your tasks could include:

  • You will help in identifying the right working model for all showrooms in EMEA that play a critical role for Nike, translating the needs of the different spaces into the right execution model and identifying and implementing synergies across the entire EMEA marketplace
  • You will be involved in the execution and improvement of all necessary processes and operations for the working of showrooms, from managing the showroom schedule and the booking system, supporting in the showroom set up, coordinating the sample flow and any other necessary operations
  • You will translate Nike seasonal strategy needs into executions that will improve the sell in experience in the showrooms, from physical inspiring initiatives (such as a new Footwear wall) to pilot new technologies that will help digitalize the world of our showrooms
  • You will be the voice and ears of the showrooms, making sure the proper communication is done towards all the key stakeholders and making sure their feedback is collected and transformed into actionable plans to improve their experience
  • You will train all the relevant stakeholders on the processes in place and enforce the rules of the process
  • You will be involved in code gate executions, such as GTM and SPA, where synergies with the showrooms are needed.
