WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a EMEA Kids & Retail Moments Specialist II reporting into the Retail Marketing department.

This role is best for a passionate marketeer with a retail background who shares our love for sport, youth culture, and consumer insights. This person loves pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strives for executional excellence.

The ideal candidate has an agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace, evolving environment. Dealing with complexity and change is not an issue and this person brings incredible energy as an empathetic team player.

You must be attuned to the needs of the consumer in a modern sense, eager to push new ways of thinking about and mapping their journeys with our most innovative store concepts.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for elevating our stores experience through kids seasonal campaigns and -experiences. You must have a deep appreciation for retail best practices, embrace a consumer/member-first mindset and have strong commercial acumen. You will be part of a larger team and collectively the focus is to deliver a premium experience in our stores fleet.

Further details of what you will be responsible for are

  • You will act as the guardian of the Seasonal CODE process for kids campaigns. Both supporting and driving gates, partnering with a x-functional teams.
  • You will work closely with our Retail Marketing Mens &Womens brand leads in intergrating kids into the seasonal and 365 campaigns where relevant.
  • You will attend meetings with cross-functional partners and represent the voice of the consumer in the development and execution of our marketing plans.
  • You will partner with our main creative- and production partners to bring our campaigns to life.
  • You will ensure seasonal alignment with our City CDM Marketplace teams.
  • You will partner with our Visual Merchandsing & Styling teams to drive an aligned campaign approach, as well aligning on key secondary product stories if/when relevant.
  • You will support the retail moments (commercial) marketing plans when needed.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Retail Marketing Kids & Retail Moments Specialist II, you will report directly into the EMEA Kids & Retail Moments Manager.

This is the Nike matrix: You will work alongside a team of other EMEA Retail Directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals. You will also work closely with our cross-functional partners including but not limited to Consumer Construct, Brand Creative , Visual Merchandising & Styling, Ekin, Merchandising, DSM, Nike Direct, Digital, City Marketing, and External Agencies.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience working in a corporate environment within Brand Management & Retail Marketing
  • Brand Mangement and marketing experience which include the roll out of retail campaigns
  • A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through execution of cross functional brand marketing campaigns
  • Accountability with strong time management and project management skills
  • Team management experience including x-functional complex project team management and strong influence & collaboration skills
  • Manages Ambiguity by operating effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
  • Agile Mentality with experience working across multiple teams & priorities with a proven ability to redirect energy & focus based on the brand and business priorities.
  • Business Knowledge with ability to interpret marketplace, consumer, business KPIs, realities and trends to recommend best practices and apply learnings.
  • Cultivates innovation by creating new and better ways for us to work and seeking new areas of marketing to test & learn
