WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As a brand marketing specialist for Jordan Brand, you'll report directly to the London/UK Marketing Director for Jordan. You'll work fluidly across the Jordan London marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally within Jordan EMEA marketing key partners such as retail marketing, digital marketing, partner marketing and field of play brand management.

We seek a Jordan Brand Marketing Professional, Specialist to join our London UK team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sport, a curiosity for our young consumer, a connection to/understanding of London streetwear culture and an ability to uncover stories that will inspire the next generation. We're looking for a marketeer keen to reimagine the future of Jordan sport, streetwear and energy in the city, who embodies our company values and maintains a growth mindset.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of London's consumer landscape and Jordan's position within it
  • Proven expertise in identifying and managing relationships with key partners and organizations
  • Ability to work across multiple categories (sport, streetwear, energy) with strategic understanding
  • Strong analytical skills for gathering and interpreting consumer insights
  • Excellent project coordination and execution capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Understanding of Jordan Brand's unique history and heritage in basketball culture
  • Core understanding of key sports' relevance to Gen Z and Gen Alpha consumers in London/UK
  • Authentic connection to basketball, global football, and streetwear communities
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and strength in London
  • Proven ability to connect brands authentically with local communities

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a brand marketing specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that focus on brand and business success of Jordan streetwear, sport, and energy product journeys, experiences, and content.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support London/UK Marketing Director in identifying and managing key brand partnerships
  • Coordinate with EMEA Field of Play teams to amplify key Concept Map stories
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support execution of pinnacle Jordan brand activations
  • Assist with partner marketing executions in the wholesale marketplace
  • Provide market/consumer insights for seasonal planning
  • Maintain flexibility to support cross-functional marketing priorities as needed
  • Feed insights back to EMEA geo team to help refine long-term strategy

The role requires agility to adapt to an ever-changing landscape and Concept Map that may focus more deeply on different areas of the Brand & Business at different times. While generally focused on brand management, you may need to step into other marketing functional work as organizational priorities require.
