The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike's Global Brand Marketing department is looking for an experienced Studio Coordinator to join the team at its innovative digital imaging studio in Los Angeles. This is a chance to join the team that creates product marketing and brand story telling content seen around the world for all of Nike Inc's brands. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable, and can seamlessly navigate changing needs and deadlines.
The successful candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills which are essential, as they will regularly interact with various teams, including production, post-production, facilities, and vendors. They should be comfortable working independently, taking the initiative to solve problems, and making decisions while knowing when to consult the Studio Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This job involves supporting the Studio Manager with the daily operations of a photo studio, ensuring smooth
coordination across various departments to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining and
standardizing organizational processes, such as updating documents and inventory lists, managing studio and storage spaces, and handling deliveries. The role requires maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and functionality in the studio, coordinating catering and craft services, and ensuring all teams have the resources needed to complete their projects.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The person in this role will work closely with the Studio Manager and collaborate with various teams across the organization. They will interact regularly with freelance crews, facilities staff, and security personnel, as well as
coordinate with outside vendors and service providers (such as catering and facility management). Additionally, they will serve as a point of contact for cross-functional teammates and other departments that interface with the photo studio, ensuring effective communication and support throughout daily operations.

WHAT YOU BRING
2-3 years' experience in Photography, Film, Lighting, and Grip, of which 1-2 years include experience in
a studio or production environment.
Technical Facility Management.
Strong understanding of best facility operation practices.
Thrive in a self-started, faced-paced and changing environment
Flexible to adapt to last-minute additions and changes in direction.
Creative problem solving.
Ability to develop and adhere to standard work principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple OS.
