The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike's Global Brand Marketing department is looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about high-end cinema + photo equipment (Camera, Lenses, Lighting and Grip) and eager to work in a dynamic and growing environment. ICON.Studios is seeking an experienced equipment manager to lead the organization, R&D, and function of our equipment capabilities across ICON.studios network of production facilities. A creative problem solver with an acute attention to detail, a commitment to process improvement and innovation, and a comfort with troubleshooting technology issues on the fly.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the ICON.Studios equipment manager you will play a crucial role in supporting our video and photo production operations across our all of our studios. Your responsibilities will include managing equipment ordering, R&D, and capabilities oversight. You will also be responsible for the development of key studio wide standards of operating, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise during any production. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our high standards of efficiency. You will continuously keep ICON.studios at the forefront of technological advances ensuring we are equipped to deliver the world's most innovative stories.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this unique position you'll be at the center of ICON studios teams across multiple regions. You will partner with leads in creative, production, studio operations, and the broader corporate organization to deliver key functions.

Reporting to the Director of Studio & Digital Operations, you'll partner closely to deliver team strategy and process innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING
Expert-level knowledge of industry standard equipment tracking tools.
At least 3 years of on-set experience in key functions in the studio and on-location production environments.
Experience with modern DSLR and mirrorless camera systems.
Broad knowledge of photography lighting & grip equipment.
Color Management standards for capture and color correction.
Strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Fuji medium format systems, Phase One camera systems and RED video camera systems a plus.
Experience handling a video capture workflow, including knowledge of managing on set color
Enterprise IT desktop solutions and networks
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
Experience as a Director of Photography on set.
