WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will be collaborating cross-functionally with Energy & Construct marketing teams as well as marketing functions such as Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media and Communication teams. You will also work closely with Cities, across EMEA and with Global teams. This role reports to Director, Energy Marketing, RNWY.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Specialist II, Energy Marketing, RNWY to join the Energy Marketing team.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the broader team to create marketing plans & strategies that connect with our trend-led female consumer allowing us to create the future of Sport & Culture. The candidate would need to be someone who has a broad understanding of the fashion industry and marketplace, has the ability to build strong relationships, and execute plans to high standard. In addition, having a strong sense of accountability and flexibility to adapt quickly to new priorities.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered:

  • Proven ability to execute large level product marketing campaigns spanning across multiple countries.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the fashion & sport industry and use these insights to inform marketing plans.
  • Relationship Management skills, specifically within the fashion & entertainment sector, that enable you to create long lasting and fruitful relationships
  • Attention to detail and intrinsic passion to execute flawlessly, specific marketing examples are necessary.
  • Communicates vision & purpose by building energy and optimism in others, showcasing experience in working with multiple marketing functions e.g. creative, integrated media, communications
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Able to drive projects end-to-end and comfortable to manage stakeholders and knows when to escalate issues to leadership

WHAT YOU WORK ON
You will be responsible for supporting the ENERGY RNWY team in driving the vision for our most discerning female consumer, executing collaboration launch plans and developing Runway ecosystem marketing plans across EMEA. This means you will obsess the key marketing levers that are needed to bring a product or experience to life working closely with our cross-functional marketing teams. It is integral that you have the ability to build strong relationships both internally & externally.

Further responsibilities are:

  • Obsess our most discerning consumer, rooted in fashion, luxury, celebrity & entertainment, translating insights into brand opportunities that take consumers somewhere new
  • Collaborate with Consumer Construct brand management & city-based Energy teammates to execute longer-term catalyst brand plans that create the future of sport & culture
  • Able to build & nurture strong relationship with external partners, specifically within the fashion industry.
  • Act as a hands-on marketeer, executing marketing plans, identify seeding strategies, creating content & media briefs, and supporting teammates in creating groundbreaking marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with x-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing plans.
  • Work with multiple deliverables simultaneously and deliver results against tight and complex timelines.
  • Comfortable with communicating marketing plans to a variety of stakeholders including Construct and Field of Play brand marketing teams and other relevant business teams on both smaller projects and big campaign launches
  • Able to collaborate confidently and successfully within a team environment across all levels in the organization.
