WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As part of the London / UK & Ireland Energy Marketing team, you'll collaborate across our wider territory Marketing organization, working closely with Sports Marketing, Communications and Social & Community Impact teams. You'll maintain strong connections to the EMEA Energy Marketing team at our European Headquarters, while building relationships with cultural networks, influential figures, and wholesale partners in the city. The role requires adaptable leadership as your interactions will vary significantly across these different stakeholder groups.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a talented marketeer with a passion for and connection to London culture. Based in London, you will be part of the London key city and UK & Ireland territory marketing team. The successful candidate will have a strong cultural network , a keen understanding of the avant-garde consumer and an ability to imagine stories that create new spaces for our brand.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working in culture marketing and/or directly within youth culture
  • Demonstrated ability to build and partner with cultural networks in London
  • Strong understanding of London youth culture and ability to create strategic connections
  • Experience in creative marketing concept development and execution
  • Track record of project execution in cultural marketing
  • P assion for Nike brand and its intersection with sport and youth culture

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Reporting directly to the Energy Marketing Director, you will be responsible for balancing relationship management and marketing execution through our unmatched cultural network. Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing relationships with influential cultural figures, while bringing Nike's most exciting collaborations to life - from initial concept through to final execution.

In this role, you'll be tasked with creating visionary marketing concepts that push the boundaries of creativity and sport, while adding cultural relevance to key brand campaigns. You'll work on launching these campaigns through our leading wholesale partners and originating new partnerships in the cultural sphere.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the brand through Running, Fitness, Football and Lifestyle "fields of play"
  • Bring brand to life through relationships with key individuals and communities
  • Ensure best-in-class brand presence across UK & Ireland, especially in London
  • Amplify key concept map stories in an inventive manner
  • Gather and apply consumer insights to fuel scalable ideas globally

Your role will be dynamic and agile, ensuring we maintain the resources needed for pinnacle execution of our key priorities in an ever-changing landscape. You'll be responsible for gathering structured insights on London's most forward-thinking consumers, which will inform our long-term brand concepts and help maintain our position at the forefront of youth culture.
