The annual base salary for this position ranges from $62,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $139,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Nike Direct Digital Commerce Operations team strives to seamlessly deliver experiences across Nike's digital platforms. This team delivers results by building strong cross-functional partnerships and leading the planning effort for priority consumer and commercial moments. You'll work closely with key cross-functional partners, such as NA Nike Direct Merchandising, Site Experience and Marketplace Supply Chain, Global Operations and Asset production partners and external vendors.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This candidate needs to have outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail with thorough and critical problem-solving skills. The ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity is key. This person has solid expertise collaborating within a complex cross-functional environment. Attention to fine details, diligence and organization is key to success in this role. You'll need to embrace various communication styles. This candidate needs the ability to prioritize deliverables while managing daily tasks, in a fast-paced environment. This candidate should have experience and feel confident working in excel with the ability to navigate and merge data across sources. Experience working in various digital tools and navigating systems is necessary to perform the work required for this role.
- Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon or Remote
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in retail, e-commerce, or related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training with a focus in business, operations, or merchandising preferred
- Nike Stores, Nike Digital and Nike Merchandising experience include knowledge of the Nike Consumer Code process, is preferred
- Support occasional after-hours activities based on business need
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will use digital tools and reporting to support seasonal assortment readiness. You'll work with cross functional internal and external partners to manage the Nike Consumer Code process in which product and assortments are created, with focus on 3rd party product and the licensed business. You will support key brand and sport moments with run of show planning and leading activations.
- You'll support key product releases with focus on end-to-end moment management (style setup, asset readiness management, inventory tracking & product activation)
- You will work in a fast-paced multi-functional environment and focus on clear and direct communication across teams to support business priorities.
- You'll engage with both internal teams and external vendor partners
- Work with tools such as Excel and Airtable to manage and reference data across many resources and triage discrepancies or information gaps
- Work within a suite of digital tools and reports to track and prepare products for activation on our digital platforms
- Submit various ticket types to support product asset production or escalate digital tool, data and or functionality issues to tech teams for triage and resolution.
