WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the NDDC Commerce team and partner closely with Digital Marketing, Integrated Media, NDDC Experience, Digital Operations, and our Global NDDC team. You will also partner with external vendors, Legal and Finance teams as needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Digital Programming Specialist to join our Digital Commerce team within NDDC. Your goal will be to amplify the impact of our digital programming across paid media, owned real estate and targeted comms on consumer and commercial goals (e.g., traffic, demand, seasonal buy). To that end, you will bring together our digital programming, put the plans in the context of our goals and help identify opportunities. You will also support the execution of digital experimentation strategy focusing on bringing programming related experiments to life.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical skillset and likes to dive into data to generate actionable insights. We are a brand-new team, so we are looking for a candidate who can handle ambiguity well and is excited to capture the opportunities this phase offers.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Your tasks will include:

  • Support in bringing together the seasonal programming across paid media, owned real estate and targeted comms, including linking strategies. Line the plans up against consumer and commercial goals (e.g., traffic, demand, seasonal buy). Ensure the plans are presented in a clear way to drive efficient decision making.
  • Identify opportunities in our seasonal programming. Analyse historical data to identify trends and patterns to quantify opportunities, optimise programming and inform the overall digital strategy.
  • Keep track of changes to our digital programming and assess impact on consumer and commercial goals.
  • Assist in the development of our digital experimentation strategy and plan, propose new ideas in line with the strategy and anchored in data & insights.
  • Partner across cross-functional stakeholders to implement digital experiments (e.g., homepage testing)
  • Analyse test results, draw insights and partner cross-functionally to ensure insights are incorporated into playbooks, planning processes and/or capability roadmaps.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven expertise in e-commerce: You have experience working on digital platforms and a solid understanding of e-commerce, including being familiar with metrics and KPIs to measure a digital business and online consumer journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills: You have a very strong analytical skillset. You understand how to analyse data (incl. A/B tests, performance metrics) and feel comfortable to consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau), and translate into actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working across diverse teams and are able to drive alignment across a variety of stakeholders with different interests.
  • Communication skills: You can clearly present your findings and recommended actions, create persuasive presentations, and explain complex ideas in a simple way.
  • Project management: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution. You excel at organizing deliverables in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing tasks to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.
  • You have a positive, energetic attitude with a passion for retail and sport
