WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

In the Nike D igital Commerce team , we take pride in produc ing premium and flawless experience s for our consumers. Digital Operations are responsible for meticulous planning and execution of activities involving product setup, activation and launches , as well as platform health are key to our day-to-day operations. The Digital Operations Specialist will be working cross-functionally with teams based locally and those at world headquarters ranging from business teams, planning (DSM) , supply cha in, marketing, digital operations and technology . This role will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Digital Operations Specialist will collaborate with teams across business and technology to drive an operationally focused mindset for delivering premium digital experiences to Nike's consumer. This role will have a focus on the end-to-end consumer experience, and are passionate about constantly finding ways to make things run better, faster and more efficiently.

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent preferred or an additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree.


  • Have 3-5 years of professional experience with a preference of at least 2 years of direct-to-consumer retail e-commerce experience.


  • Be an Excel expert - Comfortable with manipulating data in Excel ( vlookups , pivot tables).


  • Have Basic SQL knowledge preferred. Tableau experience preferred. Basic HTML/JavaScript knowledge preferred.


  • Show proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment


  • Be Self-starter with strong sense of ownership.


  • Be an excellent networker that can work well cross-functionally to drive results.


  • Have a willingness to work off hours on a regular basis, including weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will bring a great consumer experience to life on our Nike.com and NikeApp platforms by managing and executing day-to-day operations focusing on product readiness and platform health.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure our products appear on the platforms as expected with readiness activities, such as, setup, activation, launch and pricing.


  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot technical website issues through support teams.


  • Drive the operational process for business initiatives and sport moments with excellence and be the 'glue' between Digital Merchandising, DSM, Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer Services, Digital Product and IT Production Support teams, some are based locally and at World Headquarters.


  • Provide regular updates on seasonal readiness, product launches, and issue resolution.


  • Troubleshoot system issues related to production environments with appropriate internal technology teams.


  • Support the launch operations of high-heat products.


  • Support the creation and distribution of promotion codes.


  • Communicate and track projects' statuses to all stakeholders.
