WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

This role requires collaboration with key partners across Nike's marketing and business functions, including Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Catalyst Marketing, Planning, NDDC, MPU/Wholesale Partners, City Marketing, Global Brand Marketing, Insights, and External Partners. You will be instrumental in bridging these teams to facilitate cohesive seasonal campaigns across the EMEA region.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a key part of the Partner Marketing Team in EMEA, this role involves working on dynamic stories and marketing campaigns inspired by the Athlete Way, featuring products, athletes, and services that inspire and engage youth. The Specialist will play a pivotal role in pushing boundaries while ensuring the timely and effective execution of seasonal marketing plans. Product innovation and member engagement will be central to this role, driving impact across all relevant partners and their channels. The Specialist will also continuously evaluate campaign performance to derive insights for future marketing stories.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic marketeer with a strong background in digital and/or retail marketing and a deep affinity for Sport Performance, the Sporting Goods industry, and the marketplace. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating innovative thinking, a growth mindset, and an unwavering commitment to executional excellence. Collaborative teamwork and the ability to work effectively with multiple partners will be essential.

  • Passion for Sports & Industry Knowledge: Strong affinity for sports, particularly Sport Performance, with a deep understanding of the Sporting Goods industry and a drive to shape the future of sport marketing.
  • Digital & Retail Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and retail environments, enhancing consumer engagement and product visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience leading marketing campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring clear objectives, audience targeting, and consistent brand messaging. Skilled in coordinating timelines, product orders, and logistics while collaborating across teams.
  • Adaptability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly adjust to changing business needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Consumer Insight & Activation: Expertise in gathering and applying consumer insights to boost sell-through and satisfaction, with experience creating feedback loops to inform future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Extensive experience building and managing relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on campaign goals and seamless execution.
  • Executional Excellence & Attention to Detail: Focus on delivering efficient, timely results, from contract management to campaign logistics, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Innovation & Growth Mindset: A continuous learner who explores new marketing approaches, testing and refining strategies to improve engagement and overall campaign success.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

You will support seasonal campaigns and ongoing storytelling by adapting Nike's overall marketing plans, with a focus on Product Innovation and Sell-Through. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Support: Execute seasonal marketing campaigns and always-on storytelling initiatives, ensuring alignment with product innovation and sell-through strategies.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, marketplace partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Primary Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for integrated marketing functions, collaborating across teams to align on objectives and deliver high-impact results.
  • Consumer Insights: Continuously gather and apply consumer insights, helping Nike and partners better serve their target audiences and shape both short-term and long-term marketing strategies.
