POSITION LOCATION & SCHEDULE
This position is based at our beautiful worldwide headquarters campus in Beaverton, Oregon. The position follows a "4/1 Hybrid" schedule (Mondays-Thursdays in the office, Fridays optional at home).
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Global Technology organization and will be supporting an enterprise platform that enables Nike's item level serialization for RFID and QR codes. You will collaborate with peer software engineers, product managers, and engage with other Global Technology teams to align on both organizational and team level goals.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a combination of relevant professional experience, education, and training
- At least 3 years of professional, hands-on, back-end software development experience, including implementing and supporting modern software architectural principles and patterns (microservices, distributed systems, domain-driven design etc.)
- 3+ years of professional experience developing applications and backend services using NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, Golang, or other languages
- Strong AWS experience including SQS, Lamda, DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, and other cloud native technologies
- Experience with cloud architecture, modern DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Terraform, and related tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental development
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
