We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer I to join our dynamic team and
contribute to the development of high-quality, user-centric front-end applications. In this role,
you will focus solely on front-end development, working closely with designers, product
managers, and other developers to deliver technical solutions that drive Nike's digital products
forward.
Scope and Responsibilities:
As a Software Engineer I, you will:
Focus on WeChat development using technologies like React, JavaScript/TypeScript,
HTML, and CSS
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and aesthetically
pleasing designs, ensuring the best possible user experience
Assist in the development of responsive and adaptive applications, ensuring
compatibility across different devices and platforms
Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software with robust test
coverage
Collaborate with other engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant
front-end solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies,
advocating for innovation and best practices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
1-3 years of professional experience in front-end development
Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience working with WeChat Mini Program development using WeChat SDK, WXML,
WXSS, and integrating with WeChat's ecosystem
Experience with version control systems like Git
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and common development practices
Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Pre-Intermediate proficiency in English, both written and spoken
