We are using this posting to hire for two positions

The first position is a Sr Supervisor(Product Flow): this role will work closely with Nike's transportation team responsible for delivering product to wholesale partners.

The second position is Sr Supervisor(Inland Operations): this role will lead transportation operations for Nike NA Inland Operations and be responsible for leading the team that is the primary day-to-day point of contacts for external carriers that perform Nike's drayage and intermodal moves.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Sr Supervisor will work closely with Nike's transportation team responsible for delivering product to wholesale partners. They will be working cross-functionally, internally and externally, with Marketplace Supply Chain teammates, Accounts Stakeholders and Transportation Partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated leader to join our team.

The Sr Supervisor will responsible be for ensuring that Nike's wholesale partners receive their product within a timely fashion and hitting Nike's financial targets. They will help lead a team of individuals that manage day-to-day supply chain operations and work closely with internal and external parties to hit these objectives. They will ensure their team is executing towards Nike's shipping and financial goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and proactiveness
  • Ability to analyze, influence, and storytelling with data
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, Tableau

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will be a leader on Nike North America's Transportation Team focused on delivering to Nike's wholesale partners. You will be working in a fast-faced team with shifting priorities that are at times ambiguous and flexibility is paramount.

In This role the Sr Supervisor will be expected to:

  • Partner with Marketplace Supply Chain, IFP, & External partners for ship goal alignment
  • Onboard new vendors within Nike's network
  • Monitor KPIs by partnering both internally and externally to escalate risks within Nike's network to leaders within Nike NA's Transportation Team
  • Provide critical insights to Nike's Ship Goal and Landing Estimate monthly and quarterly statuses by partnering with internal and external teams.
  • Conduct operational calls to minimize risks and maximize Nike NA's Transportation Network
