This position will be responsible for the Brand Marketing Running & Training field of plays focused on the Nordics working directly with the EMEA geography and Central territory team. Moreover, this position will be closely synced with the Women's, Men's and Kids Running & Training marketing teams.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Nordics Senior Supervisor will be part of the Central Brand Marketing Team, reporting into the Central Brand Marketing lead. The individual will work alongside an amazing team of EMEA Running & Training Brand Marketing teammates in EHQ and Central office in Berlin. And the person will of course build strong relationships with key partners in the territory with a focus on Stockholm and Copenhagen. The individual will have the responsibility to manage one direct report based in Stockholm.

A successful candidate brings
- End to End Brand Management: Drive the development and timely execution of seasonal and 365 Marketing Plans for Running & Training. Proven ability to collaborate, influence, build, execution and hindsight marketing plans.
- Consumer Journeys: Ability to understand consumer behaviours and apply these to build cohesive plans across Nike's full marketing channel mix.
- Brand experience applying standard methodologies and learning from the marketplace, consumer, business to improve the plans.
- Enterprise thinking: Foster effective teamwork and supports team decisions and promote team spirit is crucial to be successful.
- Modern Consumerist: Have a deep understanding of our key consumer in the Nordics and the ability to turn insights into action consumer executions.
- Love For the Sport: Strong understanding of the Running & Fitness (athletes and moments) and its wider culture.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- You will be responsible for developing and coordinating E2E marketing plans for key Running & Fitness FOP initiatives through product, services and experiences for our muse in close alignment with the x-functional Running & Fitness team.
- Work together with the Women's/Men's/Kids Fitness Geo and Central marketing team on key innovation launches and sport/consumer moments for a strong plan across W/M/K.
- Develop consumer centric and innovative ideas that elevate Nike's brand presence in service of our Running & Fitness muses.
- Identifying the people & organisations that best align to our brand values and can best bring our individual Consumer Field of Play strategies to life. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion
- Be able to deliver Nordic specific insights up to Geo X-functional teams to better inform strategic planning for Running & Training.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
As Nordics Senior Supervisor, you will be part of the Central Brand Marketing Team. This role will span across the running and training field of plays, working on key territory-based projects, or to drive the amplification of a Geo-led concept map story. Key duties that are associated with this role include:
- Developing and coordinating marketing plans for key Running & training FOP initiatives through product, services and experiences in close alignment with the x-functional Running & training team.
- Collaborating with the EMEA team to amplify key innovation launches and sport/consumer moments for a strong plan across W/M/K.
