Nike Direct Acceleration drives consumer connections and quality growth through accelerating the Nike Direct transformation in service of an integrated marketplace. Nike Direct Acceleration leads key programs to improve Nike Direct Retail Operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a stores retail operations specialist, to support the EMEA Stores team by developing, planning and coordinating key activities to drive the deployment of our stores strategy in EMEA.

This role supports the operationalization of our Geography stores' channel plans, evaluating our core operational processes within channel, driving opportunities to improve end-to-end cross-functional processes (e.g. seasonal workflow) and drive a portfolio of enhancement needs across multiple channel functions.

A top candidate is a curious self-starter, who is excited for an opportunity to make a difference in the EMEA Stores business. You are a strong collaborator, plan and organize effectively, and an independent problem solver.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Analyse the overall "big picture" workflow to make processes standardized and streamlined to allow for smoother more efficient collaboration and improved productivity
  • Maintain communication with cross functional teams to ensure adherence to Code process, capturing key priorities, risks, opportunities and actively track status against these throughout the key moments
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to ensure delivery on business performance management data and insights, allowing for consolidation into monthly and quarterly review sessions within channel
  • Coordinate and lead smaller process improvements which help solve problems that affect retail services, efficiency and productivity
  • Lead retros to identify challenges and opportunities and create a system of continued iteration for business improvements
  • Help run the behind-the-scenes system which makes life easier for other team members

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the Nike Direct Acceleration office, reporting to the Nike Direct Acceleration Director (Stores). You will be working with business and cross functional teams to drive a world-class standards of processes, collaboration and ways-of-working. Among others, you will be working with geo and global Nike Direct functions, Geo code and strategy teams, as well as planning, merch and marketing functions.

Relocation is not available for this position
