The Inline Stores Business Offense team supports the EMEA Nike Stores organization, reporting to the Senior Director for Inline Stores and working alongside Seasonal Moments and Store concepts. Business Offense coordinate a vast cross-functional forum to drive commercial decision making and the overall strategic intent of our Inline fleet.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

In this role, you will be able to drive clarity for the Inline Stores business through thoughtful analyses to increase actionability in key commercial performance management gates (e.g. Read & React, CODE, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews). You will be closely partnering with the Business Offense Lead in ensuring a high standard for content for key Leadership meetings and to continuously improve our commercial performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, be innovative and proactive, and effectively manages changes and complexity to adapt to evolving priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Support the Business Offense team with the right analyses to increase actionability in key commercial performance management gates, such a weeklt Read&React and Commercial calendar
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvements for the key retail KPIs (i.e. Conversion, Traffic, Net Sales), based on marketplace trends & insights, partnering with x-functional teams to design and deliver those opportunities
  • Drive clarity for the Inline Stores business through thoughtful analyses to increase actionability in key commercial performance management gates (e.g. through building scenario planning analysis and reports to support business recommendation towards leadership)
  • Continuously improve commercial performance management including: contribute to creating and maintaining a single source of truth of x-functional levers, deep-dive analyses as required to understand and unpack emerging trends, and strong partnership with x-functional partners to deliver critical in-season actions.
  • Research and provide strategic recommendation to answer key business decisions, translating data into tangible insights to drive concrete actions.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Business Offense Senior Specialist you'll be part of the Nike Inline (Full-price) Stores team, driving the future unbreakable relationships between Nike and our Consumers across EMEA. You'll be an integral part of the Business Offense team who assist our store fleet in delivering both commercial profitable growth and the best in-store experience for our Consumers.

In this role, you will work closely with Stores Consumer Fields of Play, Finance, Functional leads in Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Supply Chain and Merchandising, with the ultimate goal of inspiring our consumer and leading the marketplace forward.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven professional experience in Retail B&M channels
  • Depth of analytical skills, including consolidation & analysis of data from multiple sources, translation of (retail) data into insights and business actions and scenario planning to support Risk&Opportunities assessment
  • Strong business acumen across financial and commercial retail metrics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional forums
  • Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Contributes to a collaborative team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives are brought together to achieve a common goal
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for retail and sport
