Senior Software Engineer - SFCC (SalesForce Commerce Cloud)

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Senior Software Engineer SFCC will be part of the Western Europe Technology team and will work closely with the global SFCC engineering team to steer / build & support existing SFCC capabilities. They will work closely with European stakeholders and the different Technology teams that support capabilities that connect to the SFCC platform.

Converse is looking for an experienced e-Commerce technology professional to work in a fast-paced environment to enhance, maintain and deliver a best-in-class digital experience. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as Technical Lead for Converse's Digital Direct platform partnering with key stakeholders to deliver quarterly roadmap priorities for the following technologies:
    • 'Converse by You' shoe customization technologies.
    • Marketing and analytics technologies.
    • Payments/Fraud integrations.
    • Employee discount, Military and Student discount technologies.
    • Accessibility (ADA) compliance
    • Front End Technologies (Curalate, TurnTo, Brightcove, Map Box)
  • Participate in agile activities (Standup, Estimations, Planning, Retros) and drive the planning process with business partners and delivery teams.
  • Manage backlog of features through tech review, grooming, estimation and development.
  • Partner with Release & UAT management to ensure timely delivery of features for UAT.
  • Partner with development teams to resolve production, QA, UAT, and regression defects.
  • Work with other Technology Product Managers to coordinate development of cross platform features and align technical design and implementation.
  • Ensure successful timely sprint releases on Converse.com for Western Europe partnering with Release Management and Change Management.
  • Partner with Production Support as an escalation point for production issues.
  • Vendor management
    • Create PO's, track invoices, and manage SOWs for key vendors.
    • Manage contract renewals and processing.
    • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and partnership.
  • Understand platform roadmaps, communicate enablement opportunities to business, and drive implementation of any required platform changes.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong background and experience in eCommerce technical management including internal stakeholder partnerships and management.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Payment processing experiences are a must.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end e-Commerce processing.
  • Complete understanding of e-Commerce data flows and architecture.
  • Hands on eCommerce architecture or development experience a plus.
