We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to join a dynamic IT Engineering team dedicated to supporting and/or enhancing our Windows, M365, SCCM, and Intune environments. This team collaborates closely with other IT teams and business departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems. This role is located at NIKE World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR and is not remote eligible.

- 5+ years of experience in Windows administration, including advanced troubleshooting and configuration.
- 3+ years of experience with SCCM and Intune, demonstrating proficiency in software deployment, patch management, and endpoint protection.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Professional work experience with Azure Administrator roles associated with Intune or M365 administration or similar, and hands-on experience with cloud services.
- Professional work experience using PowerShell for automation, scripting and system administration tasks.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for working in a team of peers managing and maintaining our Windows, M365, SCCM, and Intune environments, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly. Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Configuring and deploying software and updates using SCCM and Intune, ensuring compatibility and compliance with IT standards.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues, including analyzing logs and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with other IT and business teams to integrate new technologies, participate in cross-functional projects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards, including creating and updating technical manuals and SOPs.
- Participating in planning and implementing IT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure enhancements.
- Enhancing security measures and performing regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection.
