Senior Software Engineer - NIKE, Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Design implement and build high-throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant Communications solutions to drive Nike's Digital transformation and growth. Build and deliver the technical runway for existing and new technology capabilities to support multiple mission critical systems within the communications space. Develop scalable, highly available, and consistent distributed systems to design world class solutions. Partner with globally distributed teams of product, program, architecture teams to ensure that the ecosystem of services remains loosely coupled, independently scalable, and meets the needs of the business. Work with peers to develop key innovation features. Report into the Engineering Manager capability area. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.
