Our Senior Retail Recruiters are based in our Key cities, and are the strategic business partner to both the local Field Leadership teams and local HR partners.
In addition to identifying, sourcing and hiring the best candidates for positions throughout the Nike and Converse ecosystem you are to bring innovative ideas to improve the process of retail hiring. We are looking for a self-starter, who takes action and who is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. Nike is constantly evolving and growing, so we are in need of someone who can adapt quickly to change and handle an ambiguous environment.

What you will work on
As a Senior Retail Recruiter, you'll be responsible for hiring manager enablement and empowerment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within a team of other retail territory field recruiters, you will be instrumental in bringing your expert knowledge of recruitment processes, keeping your finger on the pulse of the commercial performance of the retail business. You will spearhead projects within the Talent Solutions team, working cross functionally with a number of partners.
Who you will work with
You will report to the Retail TA Manager EMEA and be part of the regional retail recruiting team. The team sits in the newly formed Talent Solutions Organization (HR). On a regular basis, you are accountable for maintaining relationships with the Retail Directors & Managers within your territories, the field HR Business partners, and the internal HR operations teams including; People Solutions and Data Management.

WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- Experience working in retail recruitment for a commercial business
- Experience setting and implementing short, medium and long term recruitment strategies.
- Experience working as a trusted advisor and business partner to Field Leadership teams and HR
- Experience in data management to dive with your stakeholders on recruitment challenges and set the appropriate counter measures
- Experience in competency-based interviewing
- Fluency in English and German Language
- Experience with hiring practices and policy in Germany
Preferred:
- Track record of innovative sourcing, and building talent communities within unique functional abilities.
- interest or commercial acuity within the retail space.
- Confident in working through multiple priorities, across multiple countries.
- Robust understanding of your candidate market.
- Proven flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
